One of my clients needed to move static hard-to-navigate training documents from Microsoft Word and into their new propriety e-book software. I took undesigned plain text and transformed it into usable HTML mini pages in online training books. To help draw attention to the content and make it easy to follow I added carousel slideshows, videos, link trees, and introduced visual hierarchy.

A sample of the standard headers of these documents, along with standard list of materials making it visually easy for users to pull lists of what they need to complete a task.

This document included many examples of correct and incorrect products which I sorted into slideshows for easy reference and to clean up visual clutter.

A clean link tree was included at the bottom of every page to give users the information to answer any questions they still might have. This drastically cut down on emails and chats from the field about standard processes.
